Q: What is your maximum occupancy?
A: 200 guests

Q: What are the dimensions of the barn?
A: 40x70 feet

Q: What are the dimensions of the pavilion?
A: 36x52 feet

Q: How many tables do you provide?
A: 25 sixty inch round tables (8 guests per table), 8eight foot rectangle banquet tables, 2 six foot rectangular tables

Q: When can we occupy the barn?
A: Friday we open the barn at 10:00am and will come back to lock up no later than 10:00pm, Saturday we open the barn at 9:30am and will come back to lock up no later than 12:00 midnight. Sunday we open the barn at 10:00am and will come back to inspect/walk through by 3:00pm. (These times are non-negotiable)

Q: What time does music/DJ need to end?
A: No later than 10:00pm Saturday night.

Q: Do you provide linens?
A: No, we do not provide linens

Q: Are there restrictions on who to use for caterer/DJ/photographer/etc.?
A: No, you are welcome to use any caterer/DJ/photographer/etc. of your choice

Q: Is there a dumpster on site?
A: Yes, there is always a dumpster on site and garbage bags are provided

A: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags
